Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and managing the editorial calendar
- Propose engaging and potentially viral content concepts
- Identify and leverage trends, formats, and storytelling angles
- Source relevant high-performing content such as UGC and videos
- Publish and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Track content performance including reach, engagement, and watch time
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations
Requirements
- First experience in community management (internship or apprenticeship)
- High fluency in TikTok and Instagram social media codes
- Understanding of algorithms and engagement mechanics
- Strong instinct for viral content and trends
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in French
- Strong video editing skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation
- Proficiency with creative tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus
