Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute community strategic plans to foster and grow engaged player communities
• Communicate with players through social media channels and create impactful digital content
• Drive player feedback within the organization to strengthen brand relationships
• Collaborate with Community Development, Social Media, Production, and Marketing teams
• Identify and leverage key influencers to evangelize the brand and games
• Assess and report on community sentiment and concerns to cross-functional partners
• Manage contests, events, and prize fulfillment
• Develop initiatives to encourage user-generated content and player loyalty

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, or Customer Experience
• Proven experience managing and moderating online communities
• Proficiency with tools like Discord, Reddit, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Twitch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptable tone
• Experience working in fast-paced, globally distributed environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the video game, entertainment, or digital media industry
• Knowledge of live-service games and community lifecycle management
• Experience supporting influencer, creator, or ambassador programs
• Familiarity with video editing and multimedia content production
• Experience managing crisis communications or high-volume communities
