About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead staff development, hiring, and training to ensure effective property operations
- Manage property administration, including market analysis, policies, and onsite emergencies
- Oversee facilities and capital improvements, including vendor bidding and maintenance audits
- Execute the annual turnover process, managing timelines, staffing, and budgets
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization
- Implement customer experience strategies to manage brand reputation and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3+ people
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time, conflict, and vendor management abilities
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality
