About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead staff development, hiring, and training to ensure effective property operations
  • Manage property administration, including market analysis, policies, and onsite emergencies
  • Oversee facilities and capital improvements, including vendor bidding and maintenance audits
  • Execute the annual turnover process, managing timelines, staffing, and budgets
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization
  • Implement customer experience strategies to manage brand reputation and resident satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3+ people
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time, conflict, and vendor management abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality
