Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction
• Lead, train, and develop the on-site management team, including maintenance and Community Associates
• Manage leasing performance, including traffic generation, tours, closing, and renewal strategies
• Coordinate resident events and engagement initiatives to align with a luxury lifestyle brand
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance oversight
• Monitor and ensure resident requests are completed within 24-48 hours
• Maintain budget compliance and assist in driving operational efficiency and EBITDA growth
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations, including Fair Housing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in residential or property management
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or HCCP designation
• Proficiency in MRI and Microsoft Office
