Responsibilities
- Design and run community programs that drive awareness, participation, and retention
- Support in planning and hosting meetups, hackathons, and workshops
- Recruit and lead local Ambassadors to promote Sahara AI
- Build relationships with Web3 KOLs, AI builders, and academic communities
- Manage Discord, Telegram, Naver Blog, and other local channels
- Collaborate with Marketing to localize campaigns and content
- Track growth metrics and share insights
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and support local press outreach
Requirements
- 3+ years in community management, developer relations, or event operations
- Strong understanding of Korea’s AI and blockchain ecosystem
- Skilled in social channel management and engagement strategies
- Proven event-planning experience from concept to execution
- Passion for decentralized AI and emerging technologies
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
