Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community in an efficient and profitable manner through resident and associate satisfaction
• Manage resident relations, including move-in/move-out processes and resident events
• Execute community budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals
• Lead and develop on-site staff through regular feedback and performance reviews
• Coordinate on-site operations including vendor relationships, rent collections, and accounts payable
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC regulations
• Maintain community curb appeal and oversee large capital projects

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in property management
• 2+ years of experience as a community or property manager
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
• Proven leadership and ability to diffuse resident concerns
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
