Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage property to approved operating budget and oversee lease-up
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Collect rent and manage delinquency
• Create a positive environment to enhance resident experience
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations
• Submit weekly and monthly reports
• Manage projects ranging from marketing to construction

Requirements

• 5+ years in student housing or multifamily property management
• 3+ years of property manager experience
• Professional demeanor and client interface experience
• Experience managing budgets and P&L ownership
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under stress
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software or other property management software
