Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-site
• Manage the property to the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Collect rent and manage delinquency
• Create a positive environment to enhance resident experience
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone
• Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects

Requirements

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management
• 2+ years of property manager experience
• Professional demeanor and previous client interface experience
• Experience managing a budget and P&L ownership
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under stressful conditions
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Strong team leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata Software or other property management software
