About the Company

Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie.

Responsibilities

• Own Peec’s event and community strategy in Berlin
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality experiences, from curated partner dinners to brand activations
• Build and scale a Peec Ambassador Program to activate local power users
• Lead conference presence end-to-end, including booth concepts, side events, and partnerships
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing to drive brand depth and pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in events, community, partnerships, or brand marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup preferred
• Strong creative instinct and taste for high-quality experiences
• High ownership of vendors, budgets, and logistics
• Natural relationship builder comfortable with founders and senior marketers
• Understanding of how community translates into business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of building ambassador or advocacy programs from scratch
• Experience turning conference presence into measurable pipeline
• Strong brand and design sensitivity
• Experience building or scaling engaged online communities
• Existing network in Berlin’s startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
