Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and other UAE legal requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams to uphold high standards of building cleanliness and safety.
• Manage building inspections, health and safety checks, and regulatory compliance including fire safety and elevator licensing.
• Oversee all move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and access logistics.
• Maintain accurate resident records, lease information, and incident reports.
• Support leasing and renewal efforts by maintaining high resident satisfaction and low turnover rates.
• Implement and enforce building policies, house rules, and community guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community or property management within the UAE.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws and RERA regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software and communication tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• RERA Certification or equivalent professional training.
