About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute social and community engagement initiatives across key communication channels including social media, website, and forums
  • Build, manage, and cultivate relationships with the player community on platforms such as Discord
  • Write engaging content to promote game updates, events, and promotions
  • Monitor player feedback, sentiment, and trends to provide analysis and reporting for game development decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and action core issues or opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management or a similar role, preferably in video games
  • Experience developing and executing content strategy across social media and web platforms
  • Passion for games and knowledge of the MMORPG ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media writing and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with interest in measuring engagement
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Prior knowledge of NC games
  • Experience with video and streaming platforms like Twitch and YouTube
