About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute social and community engagement initiatives across key communication channels including social media, website, and forums
- Build, manage, and cultivate relationships with the player community on platforms such as Discord
- Write engaging content to promote game updates, events, and promotions
- Monitor player feedback, sentiment, and trends to provide analysis and reporting for game development decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and action core issues or opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management or a similar role, preferably in video games
- Experience developing and executing content strategy across social media and web platforms
- Passion for games and knowledge of the MMORPG ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in social media writing and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with interest in measuring engagement
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Prior knowledge of NC games
- Experience with video and streaming platforms like Twitch and YouTube
