Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support property management operations for a garden-style community
• Create monthly financial reports and manage community financial goals
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to fulfill leasing potential
• Resolve resident complaints promptly to maintain positive relations
• Audit resident files for accuracy and provide team training
• Inspect property and apartments to ensure market-ready quality
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and renovation construction projects

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property or Community Manager
• High School Diploma required (Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State Fair Housing Laws
• Proficiency in Entrata, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Experience with Yardi Reporting is ideal
• Strong financial reporting and accounting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Class A/B, Garden Style Multifamily assets
• Professional designations such as CAM, ARM, or CPM
