Responsibilities
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of social media posts
- Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with data analysts and social strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports
- Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights
- Ensure social media channels remain on brand through collaboration with creatives and account management
- Analyze brand performance and daily conversations to drive client KPIs
- Cover brand-related events in real-time
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Community Management
- Knowledge of social media best practices regarding formats and tone of voice
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools, and digital reports
- Client-facing experience
- Experience developing or implementing community manager strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Emplifi tool
