Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and train the property team
• Market the property to prospective residents
• Oversee and maintain the property budget
• Manage all operational tasks to ensure property success

Requirements

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory and management experience
• Demonstrated skills in marketing, budgets, and sales
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
