Responsibilities
- Build and train the property team
- Market the property to drive occupancy
- Oversee and maintain the property budget
- Manage all operational tasks to ensure property success
Requirements
- Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
- Supervisory or management experience
- Demonstrated skills in marketing, budgets, and sales
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

- Yardi experience
