Responsibilities

• Run and grow the Nordic ambassador network, including city leads and student ambassadors
• Partner with VCs, accelerators, and incubators on co-hosted events and portfolio workshops
• Ship business-driving activations such as builder dinners, regional hackathons, and founder office hours
• Represent Lovable at flagship Nordic events, demo days, and university hackathons
• Run workshops and hands-on build sessions to drive user "wow" moments

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience running community, events, or ecosystem programs in tech, SaaS, AI, or developer tools
• Deeply networked within the Nordic builder ecosystem (student orgs, accelerators, hubs)
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong conviction in the impact of AI on software creation
• Ability to operate in a zero-to-one environment with high autonomy
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish is a plus)
