Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute social-first content across platforms like IG, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts
• Concept and ideate creative ideas that feel native to each platform
• Lead and execute social media shoots from pre-production to post-production
• Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to respond in real-time
• Engage and grow communities by responding in brand voices and building audience relationships
• Partner with internal influencer teams to integrate social and influencer strategies
• Manage customer success by establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
• Collaborate with clients to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar content-focused role
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media presence for large B2C brands
• Previous agency experience managing client accounts
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy based on insights
• Deep fluency in internet culture and social media trends
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media management tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
