About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a community outreach and engagement program to build local relationships
- Execute community engagement events end-to-end, including outreach and enrollment
- Facilitate regular financial health workshops and community events in branches
- Manage the community engagement calendar and leverage national community playbooks
- Partner with Branch Managers and Bankers to drive customer engagement and referrals
- Report event results and survey data to national community teams
- Act as a culture carrier and steward of inclusion within the branches
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence across the firm and community
- Strong event coordination and project management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners
- Executive presence with strong presentation skills for small and large groups
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to discover client needs and connect them to appropriate resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual language skills
