About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead community strategy in Tuscaloosa to drive financial health and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses to advance financial inclusion.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments and firmwide initiatives.
  • Design and deliver outreach programs and financial health workshops for individuals, families, and business owners.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of community engagement events, including promotion, logistics, and execution.
  • Collaborate across Chase business units to align goals and maximize local impact through referrals and resource coordination.
  • Adhere to all budget, risk, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and community members.
  • Strong event coordination, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for virtual, in-person, and hybrid settings.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships and discover client needs.
  • Strategic, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent time management.

  • Bilingual language skills.
