Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community outreach and engagement programs to build local relationships.
• Manage the community engagement calendar, including hosting financial health workshops and community events in branches.
• Own end-to-end event execution, from initial outreach and in-branch awareness to customer enrollment.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers, and Global Philanthropy teams to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
• Report event results and survey data to national community teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a culture carrier and steward of inclusion by supporting employee development and BRG partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders across the firm and within the community.
• Strong event coordination and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills and executive presence for both small and large public group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and community partners.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive self-starter with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual language skills are preferred.
