About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and moderate relationships with followers, influencers, and partners
- Host Q&A sessions and execute community events like giveaways and trading challenges
- Act as the main on-camera personality for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals
- Launch and manage official Twitter (X) accounts and write engaging threads
- Track community sentiment and engagement metrics
- Monitor industry conversations to boost brand visibility
Requirements
- Based in Dubai or willing to work on-site in Dubai
- 2-3 years of experience managing online communities or social media accounts
- Highly confident and comfortable presenting on-camera for short-form video
- Portfolio or social media handles required
- Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills
- Proficiency with creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or Buffer
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms
- Knowledge of the Trading or Finance industry is a plus
