Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms and digital channels
• Monitor conversations, trends, and cultural moments to identify brand participation opportunities
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice reflecting H&M’s identity and values
• Provide community insights and audience feedback to internal stakeholders
• Use sentiment analysis tools and performance data to optimize engagement strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Identify innovative ways to strengthen community relationships and drive brand loyalty

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing online communities and social media engagement
• Experience in global consumer-facing fashion retail, lifestyle, or brand sectors
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online culture, and digital consumer behaviors
• Proficiency with social listening, sentiment analysis, and community management tools
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone and messaging
• Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
