About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Manager to reach and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels
- Foster a vibrant community culture and deliver exceptional resident services
- Maintain amenities and units to like-new standards for new move-ins
- Serve as a liaison between Facilities Maintenance and property needs
- Manage accounts payable, invoices, and budget oversight
- Conduct regular property walks to maintain asset value
- Explore additional revenue opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Mathematical skills for financial reporting and budgeting
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available via phone/email
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous property management experience
- Proficiency in Entrata property management software
