About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Manager to reach and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels
  • Foster a vibrant community culture and provide exceptional resident services
  • Maintain amenities and units to like-new standards for new move-ins
  • Serve as a liaison between Facilities Maintenance and property needs
  • Manage accounts payable, invoices, and budget oversight
  • Conduct regular property walks to maintain asset value
  • Explore additional revenue opportunities and optimize revenue

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred)
  • Strong communication skills for legal documents and resident interaction
  • Mathematical skills for financial records and budgeting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to walk property frequently and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous property management experience
