About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Manager to reach and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels
  • Foster a vibrant community culture and provide exceptional resident services
  • Maintain amenities and units to like-new standards for new move-ins
  • Serve as a liaison between Facilities Maintenance and property needs
  • Manage accounts payable, invoices, and regular property walks to maintain asset value
  • Explore additional revenue opportunities and optimize budgets

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available via phone/email
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous property management experience
  • Proficiency in Entrata property management software
