About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead community operations including financial performance, leasing success, and vendor partnerships
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
- Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
- Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
- Create and manage content for community social media platforms
- Maintain property curb appeal and ensure office and amenities are well-presented
Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
- Mandatory Lease Up experience
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of community manager experience in multi-family
- Proficiency in YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft
- CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, or Property Management License
