Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations including financial performance, leasing success, and vendor partnerships
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
• Create and manage content for community social media platforms
• Maintain property curb appeal and ensure office and amenities are well-presented

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
• Mandatory Lease Up experience
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family
• Proficiency in YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft
• CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, or Property Management License
