About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
- Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking
- Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
- Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
- Support leasing efforts through tours and lead management
- Create and manage content for community social media platforms
Requirements
- High School or GED equivalent
- Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
- Six months of community manager experience in multi-family preferred
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft
- CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, and/or Property Management License
