About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
  • Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking
  • Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
  • Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
  • Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
  • Support leasing efforts through tours and lead management
  • Create and manage content for community social media platforms

Requirements

  • High School or GED equivalent
  • Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
  • Six months of community manager experience in multi-family preferred
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft
  • CAM, CAPS, Real Estate license, and/or Property Management License
