Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including financial performance, leasing success, and vendor partnerships
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Hire, train, and coach team members to meet performance goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi and Knock
• Create and manage content for community social media platforms

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family preferred
• Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• CAM, CAPS, Real Estate, or Property Management license preferred
