About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee community operations including financial performance, leasing, and vendor partnerships
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
- Lead, hire, train, and coach the onsite team to meet performance goals
- Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
- Maintain community curb appeal and ensure office and amenities are well-presented
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
- Six months of community manager experience in multi-family housing preferred
- Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- CAM, CAPS, or Real Estate license preferred
