Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including financial performance, leasing, and vendor partnerships
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and community financial reporting
• Lead, hire, train, and coach the onsite team to meet performance goals
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan engaging resident events
• Maintain community curb appeal and ensure office and amenities are well-presented

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience (including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager roles)
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family housing preferred
• Experience with YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• CAM, CAPS, or Real Estate license preferred
