Community Manager

About the Company

Haven Studios is a game development studio headquartered in Montreal and a member of the PlayStation Studios family. We aim to build a studio of exceptional people to create engaging, high-quality games, starting with a competitive multiplayer action heist game for PlayStation and PC.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy aligned with player experience and marketing efforts
• Maintain active dialogue with players reflecting studio values of kindness and excellence
• Coordinate with development teams to establish player feedback loops and surface insights
• Support the studio’s creator program by onboarding and engaging influencers and ambassadors
• Collaborate on community campaigns, livestreams, playtests, and events
• Create written and visual content in partnership with the Community Content Manager
• Define and track KPIs related to engagement, growth, and retention
• Report on community sentiment and performance to inform development strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, player engagement, or creator relations
• Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms and regions
• Experience supporting creators, influencers, or ambassador programs
• Experience with player moderation and conversation management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong passion for playing multiplayer games
• Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management for large, highly-engaged multiplayer communities
• Experience working with content creators or creator programs specifically within the games industry
