Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute social media and community management strategies for all games
• Act as the essential link between the development team and the player community
• Plan, create, and publish engaging media content across various social platforms
• Foster dialogue by being the voice of the developers to the community and vice versa
• Analyze and report regularly on social media trends and community-building efforts
• Work closely with the development team and publisher to keep players well-informed
• Assist with customer support related tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media networks including YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and Twitter
• Proficiency with forum software and broadcasting/live streaming tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
• Strong ability to manage your own time and priorities
• Deep passion for the gaming industry and an understanding of gaming culture
• Appreciation for internet humor and pop culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-confidence and a proactive "can-do" mentality
• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while managing daily tasks
