Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat Spotlight
• Act as the face of the brand on camera by creating video capsules, stories, and Reels
• Moderate community interactions, including responding to comments and managing direct messages
• Develop and execute social media editorial strategies aligned with the Jab Life brand
• Identify MMA and boxing trends to create reactive and engaging content
• Produce studio content such as backstages and guest arrivals
• Support the team on the field at MMA events, boxing gyms, and fight nights
• Assist the video editor in selecting short-form clips and vertical content based on community trends

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in communication, digital marketing, media, or journalism
• Mastery of social media algorithms, native formats, and current trends
• High level of comfort appearing on camera
• Strong creative sense with an eye for short-form video editing
• Excellent French copywriting skills with impeccable spelling
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability for travel and weekend work during combat events
