Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement and growth strategies.
• Build and nurture an online community of passionate and engaged customers.
• Create FAQ sheets and community-specific content to support the brand.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and collaborate with account management to align with marketing goals.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand values.
• Track and analyze key engagement metrics, providing regular reports and sentiment analysis.
• Perform daily social media listening and competitor performance reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management for established brands.
• Exceptional understanding of Saudi culture.
• Excellent Arabic copywriting skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
