About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Communities of Practice by connecting learners, practitioners, and subject matter experts
- Coordinate community activities, including events, discussions, and engagement initiatives
- Facilitate regular community meetings and forums, including agenda preparation and documentation of key takeaways
- Drive stakeholder engagement by coordinating interactions between learners and experts
- Support knowledge management by collecting and organizing best practices and resources in shared repositories
- Track participation and engagement metrics to maintain active and valuable communities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder coordination, or knowledge management
- Proven experience managing professional communities or learning networks
- Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings and group discussions
- Proficiency with collaboration and community management platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in the UAE, including travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
