Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the owners association board, unit owners, tenants, and the management company
• Manage day-to-day community operations of branded residential developments, upholding OA and brand partner standards
• Oversee service charge collection, arrears follow-up, and budget tracking
• Plan, coordinate, and minute Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM)
• Manage and evaluate FM contractors, soft service providers, and security teams against SLAs
• Handle owner and tenant complaints, escalations, and disputes with professionalism
• Coordinate move-in/move-out logistics and enforce community rules
• Develop and deliver resident engagement programmes and seasonal activations that reflect brand identity
• Liaise with brand hotel operators to ensure alignment on shared services and resident-facing standards
• Monitor community KPIs, including satisfaction scores and response times

Requirements

• Proven experience in Owners Association (OA) management
• Expertise in managing branded residential living environments
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai OA regulatory framework
• Experience with service charge management and budget oversight
• Proficiency in coordinating AGMs and EGMs
• Strong background in FM contractor and service provider management
• Ability to manage resident engagement and community programming
