Community Manager Data Factory

Responsibilities

• Animate the internal data community through various formats such as newsletters, webinars, forums, and data cafés.
• Disseminate best practices regarding the data platform, associated tools, and methodologies like governance and security.
• Foster collaboration between business, IT, and offshore teams to align around a common data vision.
• Collect user feedback and pain points to inform continuous improvement roadmaps for UX and documentation.
• Showcase internal data successes and use cases to drive engagement and platform adoption.
• Facilitate user onboarding and skill development through documentation, demonstrations, and usage kits.
• Monitor adoption indicators, including audience reach and participation, to adjust community engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Currently a student in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 program.
• Background in data or digital communication.
• Proven skills in community management (newsletters, event organization, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and popularize complex technical concepts.
• Strong technical interest in data-related subjects.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose new initiatives.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
