Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain structured profiles for operators, including expertise, functional strengths, and ideal startup fit
• Proactively identify and facilitate strategic introductions between founders, operators, recruiters, and ecosystem partners
• Design and execute curated community formats such as workshops and mentor sessions to address resident pain points
• Act as a relationship owner for the resident community to drive value creation and track high-value connections
• Collaborate with BD, Admissions, and leadership to surface strategic opportunities for residents
• Build and maintain relationships with external ecosystem players, including mentors and strategic partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, EdTech, talent communities, staffing, or ecosystem roles
• Strong understanding of fractional specialists, consultants, and how startups engage expert talent
• Proven experience in matchmaking, talent introductions, and relationship management
• Ability to build detailed member profiles covering expertise, availability, and business priorities
• High ownership and comfort working in a fast-moving, low-structure startup environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing startup, operator, or talent ecosystem network in Dubai
• Experience within the Web3 or AI ecosystems
• Experience designing high-value talent-facing or operator-facing community formats
