Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs for Milano Apartments
• Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Manage building occupancy, maintenance, and property inspections
• Process rental applications, conduct credit checks, and collect rent payments
• Address and resolve property-related emergencies and tenant issues
• Meet company standards for closing ratios and sales call performance
• Review expenses and assist in the preparation of annual budget requirements
• Conduct move-out inspections and complete security deposit statements within legal timelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing a property with 200+ units
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Yardi property management software
