Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee property staff and manage maintenance technicians
• Conduct periodic apartment and property inspections
• Showcase available apartments and process applications for prospective residents
• Manage resident rent collections, delinquencies, and ledger audits
• Review expenses and assist in annual budget preparation
• Participate in monthly financial reviews and business plan compliance
• Address and resolve property emergencies
• Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of property management experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum of one year managing a community of 200+ units
• Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize projects
