Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and iterate on a local, in-person community strategy to drive member connections and retention
  • Create programming and facilitate in-person events and experiences tailored to local member needs
  • Gather data to understand community needs and track success against KPIs
  • Manage and steward the market's community budget
  • Build relationships with local partners and proactively connect local members
  • Leverage the digital platform to drive local community engagement
  • Travel to host in-person events in non-home markets at least 2-3x per month

Requirements

  • Ability to travel 2-3x per month for event hosting
  • Experience in community management or event execution
  • Ability to manage budgets and track spending
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset to track engagement and satisfaction
