Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and iterate on a local, in-person community strategy to drive member connections and retention
- Create programming and facilitate in-person events and experiences tailored to local member needs
- Gather data to understand community needs and track success against KPIs
- Manage and steward the market's community budget
- Build relationships with local partners and proactively connect local members
- Leverage the digital platform to drive local community engagement
- Travel to host in-person events in non-home markets at least 2-3x per month
Requirements
- Ability to travel 2-3x per month for event hosting
- Experience in community management or event execution
- Ability to manage budgets and track spending
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset to track engagement and satisfaction
