Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across all social media platforms, including comments, direct messages, and mentions
  • Respond to high volumes of community interactions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms in line with the content calendar
  • Monitor brand conversations, sentiment, and industry trends using social listening tools
  • Identify audience insights and engagement patterns to provide actionable recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver structured performance reporting on engagement, sentiment, and trends
  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk reputational issues to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in community management, social media, or digital engagement roles
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Experience with social listening and scheduling tools like Brandwatch or Hootsuite
  • Strong English and Arabic writing skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred
