About the Company

Cat Daddy studio, based in Kirkland, Washington, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive within the 2K Label. The studio is a dedicated family of game developers with a current focus on mobile games.

Responsibilities

• Execute community programs and engagement initiatives across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and social media
• Act as a liaison between players and internal development teams to surface actionable feedback
• Maintain an authentic brand presence and manage content calendars, including AMAs and dev updates
• Apply and refine moderation policies to ensure safe and inclusive community environments
• Track community KPIs including sentiment, engagement rates, and impact on retention
• Collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to integrate player voice into feature roadmaps

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management running and growing communities
• Experience influencing game development through player feedback
• Strong written communication skills for brand-aligned player messaging
• Fluency in platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and social media
• Proficiency with community metrics, reporting tools, and moderation software
• Familiarity with mobile live-service monetization and content planning
• Experience supporting influencer programs and creator relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IP licensors and global stakeholders
• A passion for the NBA
