About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee community operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage resident relations, including move-in/move-out processes and resident events
- Execute budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals to ensure financial health
- Lead and develop on-site staff through training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Coordinate on-site operations including vendor relationships and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC regulations
Requirements
- 5-7 years of property management industry experience
- 2+ years of experience as a community or property manager
- Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
- Proven leadership and ability to diffuse resident concerns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
