About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee community operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction
  • Manage resident relations, including move-in/move-out processes and resident events
  • Execute community budgets, rent rolls, and occupancy goals to drive financial growth
  • Lead and develop on-site staff through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate on-site operations including vendor relationships, rent collections, and maintenance
  • Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, and LIHTC compliance regulations

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of property management industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a community or property manager
  • Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications
  • Proven leadership and ability to diffuse resident concerns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
