About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports
- Direct property operations, sales, and finances to achieve operational and financial goals
- Manage the property budget and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Oversee leasing and maintenance team members to ensure resident satisfaction
- Facilitate leasing activities and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies
- Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or asset management
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within property management
- 2-4 years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales or customer service environment
- Strong financial and budget literacy
- Proficiency with property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (typically Tuesday – Saturday)
- Reliable transportation
