About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a supportive, therapeutic presence in a small group living environment
- Assist in the daily operations of the residence
- Accompany residents to activities and appointments
- Administer medications following training
- Support adults living with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders
Requirements
- High School/GED or HiSET
- 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of supervisory or human service experience
- Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations
