About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Community Support Staff
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across several community living homes
- Oversee program planning, service documentation, and medication management
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families, guardians, and community partners
- Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and agency compliance requirements
- Ensure residential homes are safe, clean, and supportive environments
- Promote people-first practices and inclusive values
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in disability services or a healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead teams
- Willingness to complete required trainings, including Leadership and Medication Management
