Community Living Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Community Support Staff
• Coordinate day-to-day operations across several community living homes
• Oversee program planning, service documentation, and medication management
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, guardians, and community partners
• Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and agency compliance requirements
• Ensure residential homes are safe, clean, and supportive environments
• Promote people-first practices and inclusive values

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of experience in disability services or a healthcare setting
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead teams
• Willingness to complete required trainings, including Leadership and Medication Management
