Community Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for local communities and external stakeholders
• Communicate project activities, progress, and potential environmental and social impacts
• Support the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP)
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, including managing agendas and minutes
• Gather, document, and track stakeholder feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and prepare regular engagement reports
• Promote awareness of project activities and available feedback mechanisms to ensure inclusive access

Requirements

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential
• Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work with diverse groups
