Community Liaison

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and activities with internal partners such as Food Service, Facilities Management, and Executive Assistants
• Manage and maintain specialty space bookings, including project rooms and Mother’s Rooms
• Monitor day-to-day management of spaces, furniture, and fixtures to ensure cleanliness and functionality
• Act as the key point of contact for site safety, including managing emergency drills and communicating safety policies
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail via UPS and USPS and oversee breakroom supplies
• Communicate community events and change management updates through various digital channels and forums
• Work with onsite vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and PPE requirements
• Monitor fitness spaces, sanitization stations, and outdoor grounds to maintain high experience standards

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field and/or experience as a Facilities Coordinator
• 5-7 years of customer service experience with a track record of exemplary performance
• Proficiency in office automation software and communication tools
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and varied hours as needed
