Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch IRL events including social mixers, industry hiring dinners, and immersive pop-up experiences.
• Own day-to-day engagement across digital channels including X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and nurture relationships with robotics enthusiasts, tech community leaders, and the general public.
• Partner with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to align community strategy with the broader brand narrative.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure world-class physical touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience at a high-paced startup or high-growth tech company.
• Proven history of producing successful IRL events from concept to execution.
• Expertise in digital community management and driving engagement on modern social platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to host diverse groups ranging from small engineering dinners to large community events.
• High level of organizational skill and experience managing event budgets and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zero-to-one experience building a community from scratch for a new product or brand.
• Passion for robotics, AI, or "hard tech" with the ability to translate technical concepts into community excitement.
• Ability to capture "lo-fi" social content at events for real-time social media sharing.
